We are now half way through the year and so far I’ve managed to watch 152 new movies. Just for the benefit of new followers who may not have ventured as far back as January, I’m challenging myself to watch as many movies as I can this year and probably for the foreseeable future too but the movies that I watch must be movies that I’ve never seen before.
I’ve ventured a few times to the cinema this month and I was pleasantly surprised with Ocean’s Eight and Solo: A Star Wars Story but the newest Jurassic World movie was extremely disappointing. My main outlet for movies has once again been Netflix as I watch a movie most days while I’m on the train commuting to work as I continue to smash my way through the ‘available to download’ movies that they have to offer. I think this month has been a bit of an eye opener for me as a large portion of the movies have been fairly poor which and I feel that I may have exacerbated that particular source of entertainment.
